Some of my favorite Christmas tunes are those recorded during WWII to lift the morale of our troops in Europe. They fought at Christmas then, so we can enjoy Christmas now!

That's when my wife's grandfather Ray Baggett got captured at the Battle of the Bulge by the Germans. Held in a POW camp in Bad Orb Germany (Stalag 9B) for 103 days.

My father was sent over there after the South Pacific.
It’s a shame this new generation will have no clue what our fathers and grandfathers died for.
