Hey Admin!! Why do I get "Inbox Full"?

I'm a Patron contributor, should have 800 msg limit, I have about 350 each in Inbox and sent buy got th Inbox full msg today. Any help? Maybe something I don't understand?

Sent Items 320
Inbox 330
Archive 150
Total 800


Go into your PM box
Click EDIT FOLDERS
Locate the ARCHIVE folder and hit EMPTY

I can only empty ALL of your PMs not specific folders.
