Am I doing this right ? Used the 750 tempilaq and they all look pretty uniform. Side note this isn't a how to video it's more of a video journal

Sorry, not quite.

You need to put the tempilac inside the neck, not outside.

The oxidation marks look good, but that’s not a great indicator.

Put an index mark on your socket and count the rotations and hold brass at the very tip of the light part of the flame ( the hottest point of the flame ) and make sure the drill turns at a constant speed .

I anneal in a dark garage and look for a color change. I use a small drill motor with a 1/4" drive 1/2" deep socket for -06, 08, and x57 brass. When I get the color to a dull red I tip it in the bucket of water. Gloved hand sets the new case in.
I am not much of a video watcher, sorry. You Tube says the average time spent on any video is between 3 and 3 1/2 minutes and I suspect my average is half that. IOW, i didn't watch yours.

I started out with the dark room and watch for the color change, then built a primitive setup using an automotive power window motor on a hinge, a couple sockets, and a RadioShack 12 volt power supply. I used the Tempilaq and timed a few cases, then just timed the cases before dumping them into a pot of water. The unit is hinged.

That worked ok for me, however, I did build another unit with plans off of YouTube under $100 which I still use. Sorry for the sideways pic but when I click on the pic it sobers up.

Many methods are used and with time you too will find one which fits you and your wallet.
