Lots of ammo

Mrs. Thumbcocker and I were at Scheel's in Springfield, Illinois yesterday. Lots of ammo on the shelves. Everything from .25 acp to .470 nitro. ($119 for 20 rounds but then if it keeps you from being the pink stuff between the elephant's toes or a snack for Simba may be worth it). No American powder in stock but plenty of Finnish powder.

Maybe things are looking up.

My local Scheels has been getting large quantities of powder and ammo, even primers. The selection is narrow but the shelves are full. The local Cabela's on the other hand has nearly nothing.
