I just picked up a copy of Sporting Classics. A few of the articles looked interesting, especially one on the classic Browning Sweet 16, one of my all time favorite guns.
What a piece of trash!! I am fairly knowledgeable about the history and development of the A5. The number of incorrect facts, blatantly wrong information, incorrectly captioned pictures, etc. is just astonishing. I realize no gun magazine these days is that great, but I can't believe a writer AND editor could get things this wrong.
