I just found out that my H&R revolver doesn't use the plastic mainspring thing.
It uses a curved rod that seats into a depression on the back of the hammer.
Anyone else have this setup? I bought the plastic one and had miss fires with it.
I noticed the depression on the hammer and thought it strange, so I started
looking on e-bay and found that it must have been a upgrade to the gun.
I have one on the way from e-bay and hope it solves the problem.

I believe these are used parts being that H&R are out of business.
H&R parts are getting hard to find.

Well, the curved rod assembly didn't work either. Now I don't know what to do.
I'm going to order the steel one from Numrich in NY. I think the plastic one I
had was to short.... Will see when I get the steel one.
