Not long ago I picked up a 6-cavity Hensley & Gibbs #155 (.452", 200gr full wadcutter) in fabulous condition. There doesn't seem to be much information out there for this mould and I was wondering if anyone here has had much experience with it, including load data. I would mostly be using it in a Ruger Blackhawk .45 Colt and maybe a S&W 1917/1937 Brazilian.

I would use the same data for a 200 a SWC!

Considering the fact it's a full wadcutter, wouldn't it be seated a lot deeper than a SWC which would raise pressures considerably?

Normally yes, but since you are planning to shoot these through a couple of revolvers you can load it a bit long.

I would seat it to the same depth as a 200 gr SWC and use that data.

Glen E. Fryxell wrote an article on this very subject titled: Loading Full Wadcutters in the 45 Colt. An intranet search should by title should bring it up.

I have a couple of the old HG and molds I inherited from my dad and they are a pleasure to cast with.

I got curious about No.1's recommendation on the Fryxell article so I read that and saved it to my favorites.

I have an old Lyman 454-309 WC mold. I seat it to the crimp grove. I've shot that bullet out of a Blackhawk & a Redhawk that bullet shoots lights out accurate out of either.
It's weight is near 235 gr.

I have a HG 155, I load 5 -7 grs of Titegroup for 45 Colt and 4.5-5 grs for 45ACP /AR for use in my revolvers. I like how it works for me.

Thank you. Do you seat them flush or more like a SWC?

I use the crimping groove.
