Trying to posting pictures

I recently bought another computer and I am I cannot upload pictures. It is using Windows 10 but it isn't working the same. With my other computer I took a picture, plugged the camera into computer and an upload box appeared. It required a name and it was uploaded into picture files. This version does nothing when I plug in the camera. Anybody help me out?

Hey I am defenitey no Computer Expert but here is what I do. Take Picture with a regular Camera, Take SD Card out of the Camera, insert SD Card into a Laptop running on Widows 10, wait a few seconds and a Window will pop up asking me where to sent the Pictures too.

I do it the same way.
Seems my computer does not recognize my camera too.
I just remove the card and plug it into the computer.
Have it set to save any downloads to the desktop.
