Do any of you remember?there’s a list of them that we don’t need to be patronizing. Searched and cant find the list. I remember it was quite extensive. Just a few months ago, I didn’t comment so it’s not in my profile.

Walmart and Sam's Club. The holding company of Cabela's, Bass Pro and now Sportsman's Warehouse.
All are parasitic community killers.

Penzie Spices is another one. We used to use a number of their spices, but the last order we received - and President Trump was still in office - included in the bo we received from them with the order slip, etc. was a bunch of Leftist Socialist propaganda crap from the company. We will never spend another dime on their products.

Coca Cola is another one and let's not forget Bro and Jerrys Ice Cream either.

Politics and business should NEVER mix - but it amazes me how CEOs and Boards somehow think that they should have the power to make millions in political donation and bend to WOKE to be politically correct - even though a good number of the stock holders disagree.

I have never googled it - but I wish some organization that is conservative and which supports the Constitution would create a website listing all of the corporations and businesses that lean left and who spend millions in political contribution to the Socialist Communist Dems Party and who support all of this WOKE garbage. here is strength in numbers and they all need to take a hit in the pocketbook.

I don’t boycott any place. If they save me the most money on the item I need to order at the time I’ll order it.
Our entire economy is interwoven with just about everyone else. I no longer stress over it.

I wish people would boycott me until it cools off some. I think I hit heat exhaustion Wednesday. I was trying to jump a couple of caps together and did it wrong like five times. I have five a/c units running but not fixed.

Today my exhaustion level is at 11. I just had to take the day off.

Not really politically based but I’ll add Woodcraft to this list just due to their business practices. Personal experience with them has been pretty poor as they list items on their website as available when they aren’t and than leave you in backorder limbo for months (since April been waiting on a saw and still no saw) while they hold your money. They’ve extended the backorder log 4 times and twice I’ve caught their website offering the same model as in stock but now they’ve upped the price $300. Very upsetting and irritating.

Rockler is at least up front with their backorder and won’t even let you order something if the backorder is projected longer than 60 days. If they do end up back ordering you on something they refund your money and charge you when the item ships.

I know this isn’t political or fun related but I’m guessing most of us dabble in wood working too so I wanted to share the experience as a warning for others.

I am not going to make my life more difficult by boycotting dozens of companies. The only one I boycott currently is Coca-Cola.

If CTD had primers for $25/k, I would order 100k....I am cutting back due to old age.

Some boycotts work, some don't. Back in the sixties the "anti-war" folk put together a list for a particular entity based in Cali and with all the 'interconnections' found out there was little they could do except wear some animal skins and eat some locally picked plants! But do whatever satiates your soul!

Should you research every item you're about to buy? Should you carry a list of over 1000 companies and check it every time you're about to enter a business?
Make it easier on yourself; stick with the companies that have treated you well and forget the rest.
Last year we were supposed boycott all of the ammunition and component manufacturers and all of the retailers. I actually don't want to put my LGS out of business and I especially don't want to see his suppliers disappear.
Before that it was the oil companies. Sorry but I need my car.
Vote. And get your friends in on it. Boycotts are a joke.

I buy local whenever I can, and I buy USA made whenever possible. If possible I avoid buying anything made in China. So basically any store that stocks with made in China products is avoided.

Another on my list is Jimmy Buffett, anything branded Margaritaville, Land Shark beverages, his hotels and casinos and restaurants. Never another penny toward him. If I said why it would have to go to The Pit.

I went into Field and Stream a few days ago to get some 5mm pellets, conveniently located nest door to the forbidden Dick's Sporting Goods. Dummy me, I didn't realize it was all the same store. No pellets that day.

A lot of my friends are down on Wal Mart. Never miss an opportunity to tell me how they won’t set a foot inside the store. I always make it a point to try to talk to them when we run into each other inside Wally World. It’s entertaining listing to their excuses as to why they are there.

Gillette. Washington Post (owned by Amazon). NY Times. CNN, Fox News, USA Today, ESPN and a few dozen other sources of lies and propaganda. Disney and anything else related to Hollywood.

Harbor Freight...

I've been in one, once. My dad told me to go to one and get the moving blanket for a few bucks to protect my new tub while I was tiling around it. Never bought anything else from them.

But, one of my favorite YouTube channels features a recovery company in Utah and they use and recommend the Harbor Freight Badlands series of winches.

As a last resort before ordering a certain item on-line, I did venture into a WalMart for the first time in maybe 5 years. I wasted my time. Didn't find that item, so I went home and ordered it.
