How to search

I am having problems with the search on CastBoolits. I try both the forum search and the advanced search and they just don't work for me. For example if I search for "38-55" or "45-70" the search engine says it can't find anything. Really! I know there are posts about 45-70 I've made some. I get better results is I search for a word like "Winchester". Is there some trick to operating the search?

I have gone to duckduckgo or Google and typed jn castboolits 45-70 and gotten results that way. I am sure others are way more knowledgeable than me on searches. Good luck
