Are Pyrodex pellets temperature sensitive?

I don't believe so. I've never shot the pellets to be honest but I have shot regular Pyrodex and never known it to be temp sensitive and I have shot it below zero and above 100 degrees.

My buddy uses the pellets exclusively, never had a problem in Minnesota's cold weather. He and I don't shoot ML in Minnesota's hot and humid weather.

No problem here at over 100 degrees and down to 10 below, but that was testing as I prefer real black for my flinters.

I have shot them in revolvers in winter and in summer here in NC. No problems either season. I also use them in cartridges and there does not seem to be any issue relative to temperature in a "normal" area. I can't speak to Alaska or the Sonora desert.
