Back from Sneads Ferry

I booked an AirBNB in Sneads Ferry that had a dock on the New River. My son and I hauled my boat down there for the better part of a week and spent a handful of days fishing the river, the Intra Coatal Waterway and the Inlet. We even managed to get out past much of the breaking surf to the actual ocean. Now that was a rough ride with the winds and waves that were occurring last week.

Caught several fish of different varieties and had a blast. I even managed to get a minor death threat from my son. Only because I was singing "Baby Shark" every time that we boated a small one.
