english trade gun

Waksupi, I have a trade gun 20ga that was bought through Matt by a fellow that called himself Mnt Mike, like to see who may have made it. Barrel marked with small crown over a v, London on top and makers mark of crossed arrows with a dot behind fletching and a mark between broad heads that I can't tell what it is.
Any idea of the maker?

The only way to tell if I made it, would be to take out the barrel, and it would be stamped on the bottom RLC followed by a number. If you can tell me the year of production, I may be able to tell you. I built all of them produced in the last two years of production. A picture would definitely help, as all builders have trademark shaping if you know the builders.
As to who Mike would be, I haven't a clue, as I don't recall anyone of that name as a builder for the company. Kit gun, maybe?
