Good gunsmith for a Browning Hi Power?

Hey folks- I have a friend who inherited a plain jane Hi Power and wants to get an action/accuracy job, grip stippling, slide serrations, etc. type of work. Does anyone here have a recommendation for a gunsmith with good experience with Hi Powers? Thanks!
