After searching around for a few weeks, I have found out that Alox 2138F is no more. I figure most of you know that already, but do you know what its replacement is? I found out when a friend sent me to a website for LubriZol Corporation. My buddy sent me a copy of an e-mail he received about the stuff.
Here is the important part:

As you may have suspected, this product is no longer available and has been discontinued. However, we do offer a replacement to this and recommend you consider ALOX® 350. Functionally, ALOX® 350 performs the same as the obsolete 2138F. Please find attached product information for your review.
I should point out that ALOX® 350 is packaged and sold in 55 gallon drums (400 lbs per drum net weight) but a 5 gallon pail variety (approximately 37 lbs net weight) could be made available for an additional charge per pound. To my knowledge, ALOX® 350 is not available via retail outlets and can only be purchased directly from The Lubrizol Corporation, who bought The Alox Corporation, in the late 1990’s.

ALOX® 350
Rust Preventatives
Oil Soluble
Product Description ALOX 350 is an ester of an oxidized petroleum fraction that is used in
cutting oils as a lubricity agent and for adding mild corrosion inhibition.
When blended with oil soluble sulfonates, it forms an outstanding rust
inhibitor as measured by humidity cabinet performance.
Appearance @ Room Temperature Brown solid
Acid Number (ASTM D-974) 33
Saponification Number (ASTM D-94) 133
Ash (%) (ASTM D-482) 0.2
Drop Melt Point °C(°F) (ASTM D-127) 40(105)
Flash Point °C(°F) (ASTM D-92) 121(250)
Specific Gravity @ 15.6°C (60°F) (ASTM D-4052) 0.92
Weight/Gallon, kg (lb) 3.5(7.7)
Typical Properties
Suggested Applications • As a lubricity agent at 0.5-2.0% in oil.
• As a rust inhibitor at 1.0-5.0% of a blend of seven parts with
three parts sodium petroleum sulfonate in oil or solvent.
• In formulating wire rope dressings for lubricity and corrosion
inhibition.
• Slushing oils for sheet metal stock, in combination with
petroleum sulfonates
• As a corrosion inhibitor (0.01-1.0%) for halogenated solvents
and chlorinated lubricants.
• As a corrosion inhibitor and lubricity agent (0.5-2.0%) in
greases.
Solubility ALOX 350 may not be completely soluble in petroleum oils (naphthenic
or paraffinic). Its solubility is greatly enhanced by the use of lecithin. Oil
soluble sulfonates will generally solubilize it completely at the ratio of 7
parts ALOX 350 to 3 parts sulfonate by volume.
Responsible Care For complete safety, health, personnel protection and first aid
information, please refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
that can be ordered via your local Lubrizol Metalworking representative
or regional office listed on this data sheet. Product Data Sheets and
MSDS’ are also available online to registered users at
www.mylubrizol.com.
Big problem is the amount you have to buy and the frieght cost. Maybe a group purchase thing to consider.
