Unfortunately it doesn't have the buffer or spring with it which was kind of a disappointment. But it is mostly complete and has a nice trigger pull, and I think it was quite cheap. Now I need an upper and a spring and buffer and it will be all set. This is all molded in one piece , butt, pistol grip and lower receiver and in seems pretty solid. I think it would look good with a non forward assist A1 style thin barrel triangle shape forend . but the one I saw like that was quite expensive. Either that or a 16" barrel 350 Legend like round that is short and light. I think of that as a 9mm really magnum, magnum. So here I go, any suggestions welcome.

I have one of those in the early CavArms brand and I like it. I made it into a handy lightweight .300BO carbine. If it's not my favorite AR- it's very close.
A good piece of kit as they say.

I have discovered that there are different weights of buffers which might be why there isn't one installed. I thought it was a plug and play type of project but maybe there is some mixing and matching that has to be done.

your buffer and spring need to match your barrel. last I knew jse surplus had some parts to make your own upper.

The CavArms and SabreDefence one piece lowers that I used all used carbine buffer and spring. The stock IS the buffer tube and the carbine buffer is the correct size. I have only used carbine gas uppers on them, though- 5.56, 7.62x39, and the .300BO.
My .300BO weighs only 8 pounds with a Nikon 4x scope, sling and 30 rounds of 110gr ammo on-board.

I got one suggestion for a 22 LR upper and looked on CNMG and they looked kind of fun. Cnmg is probably not exactly correct namewise.
