Hello all, just wanted to talk about a great experience I had with a new scope on my enfield. I had a old burris 2.5x scope on it but just would not hold zero. I wanted something that would look kinda old school. I found the Monstrum scope on amazon and liked it. It was not illuminated, old gun wouldn't seem right with one. I ordered and installed and tried it today. Was very clear and seem to be built well. Sighting in was super easy and it tracked as it should. Within 6 rounds at 100 yards I was shooting groups. Shot a couple around 1 1/2 which is what my cast load shoots. Its a 150gr lee with gas check loaded as dropped at .314 with 12 grains universal. Moved on to 200 yard steel 8 inch gong. Hit 9 in a row until bolt in gong got hit and had enough of being shot. I was very pleased with the performance and clarity of this cheaper scope. 285753285754

Which model is it? I have one of their 3x prism scopes on my 9mm AR15. Got over 4500 rounds through the gun with it and it has held up fine. I first had it on a 8" 9mm ar pistol but then put it on a 16" 9mm ar.

That looks good. What is the make of the scope mount? Thanks.

Thanks. The scope mount is the bad ace tactical mount. Its no drill and tap and is super solid.
