They are 1" in dia. They are made from some mild steel.
I modified a few for my use. Just shortened a 223 die to trim 300 BO.

The case holders are indeed 1” in OD but I think he’s looking for the OD of the neck sizing bushing in a Wilson bushing sizer die if I am not mistaken.

1/2" OD x 3/8" high.

If it helps Redding, Whidden, RCBS and Hornady bushing should all work as well.

If they were in stock anywhere in the sizes I need. Or in fact in any size.
Sad to say, nobody has the Wilson bushings either.
I've made one for the immediate need, but it's not hardened. I can case harden it, but it's work I'd much rather not have to do.
