Want mom's fudge recipe's

Mom made fudge as siblings and I were young. My brother asked me if I knew how to make it. I am 76 and had not thought of the fudge in 30 years. It was made with:

Milk (??? 1cup)
Suger. (??? 2 or 3 cups)
Coco. (??? 1/4 cup)
Vanilla. (??? Dash)
Butter. (??? 4 tablespoons)

Nuts and/or peanut butter added after cooked.

Sub peanut butter for coco if you only want peanut fudge.

The old standard right off the Hershey’s cocoa can. Can’t beat it but will wear you out beating the butter in and getting it nice and shiney at the end.

Oh man I love moms fudge. We lost her in 2016, making goodies was one of her favorite pastimes and one of mine was eating it. I was just thinking the other day I want to make some of her fudge, chocolate and peanut butter.

Grandpa's fudge
4 cup sugar
1can evaporated milk
1 stick butter
Cook over medium heat stir constantly
Boil 4-5 minutes
Add 2 pkg semi sweet chocolate chips
1# marshmallows
1 cups nuts

New updated version with less sugar
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
Bring to boil stir constantly boil 4 minutes
Remove from heat add 1 teaspoon butter
Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add 1 3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Stir until melted
Add 1 jar marshmallow cream
Stir until blended
