There are/were several on here that made complete controller packages ready to plug-n-play. If looking for just the controller to make your own set-up, check Amazon for suppliers of cheap little 3 mode controllers. All the components are easily available on-line these days.

Location makes little difference since there are such operation as UPS and FEDEX and USPS.

Do a search of the S&S section.
