I have an original beezlee, and that vacquero version with the ugmo colors.
i would like it to look silvered out like my original.

what method would be most effective yet least invasive??

will BC blue/rust remover do the trick?

Try leaving it in the sun. That is what destroys color case colors.

Have you tried metal polish - like Simichrome or Flitz?

I agree on a good metal polish, it's a chemical "case color" and doubt it's very deep or tough. A grit of 600+ in Wet/Dry sandpaper with lots of water will surely work. I'd recomend using a sanding block to keep all the flats "flat".

One note: as soon as you touch it with a block and paper, you will get to see just how rough the factory metal finish was underneath. You may be in for some work if you want it dead smooth.

+1 with waksupi. This is the least invasive - like none and works!

Since they are fake colors would the sun work on them like the
real colors? I tend to agree that they are pretty ugly.
