Hi everybody, just got a new Taylors 1858 Remington replica in SS with 8" barrel today.

I measured the cylinder at .4485", then slugged the barrel, with a mic I got .4532 on two grooves and the third set was .4540". The BC gap is real tight at .0015" is this normal for C&B Revolvers?
Now to dig around in the bullet molds and see what might work. I have the Lee 452-160RF, 200RF and 250RF. I'm wondering if I ran them through a .450" sizer die, if they could be made to work vs a round ball for a hunting load.
