Got this one for $8 It is adjustable, has the tapper like a lyman. No markings at all. Weighs about 3lbs. Set screw by the center hole is where you lock the adjustment. The notch 1:00 oclock at the top right is where you turn a screw to adjust the center like a uniflow measure. I'll have to make a handle for it.
Seems to work perfect, just no handle.
Anyone know who the maker is?

I believe it's a SAECO. The "Micro Setting" version is in my earliest "Handloaders Digest" from 1962.
The original was introduced in 1947.
