Once, when I was driving through a rural county, I glanced over and saw an escaped emu pacing my car. I called 911 and reported it. I stressed to the dispatcher that I do not drink. She laughed and said they had received other calls.

He has been caught. Several videos and picture have popped up where he got onto one of the main roads. He’s a cute thing, looks pretty young.

I can testify, after once accidentally zapping a horse with a cattle prod, that introduction of electricity to the equine species produces a sudden and enthusiastic "giddyup!" immediately.
