45 auto shot shell LOADERS

Another question, who or how many shot shell loaders of the 45 do NOT use the 410 wad columns, only wad over powder, fill case without the wad column, wad over shot.

I have loaded the 45acp shot loads using only cardboard wad over powder and a cardboard wad over the shot. I have never found a need to source .410 wads for the 45 shot loads. The ones I loaded would cycle my full size Kimber, but weren't too stout. I also go decent patterns out of the shot loads.

I used the cardboard from Winchester primer packaging if I remember correctly.
