How is everyone loading oversized boolits for various milsurplus rifles? I ran into seating die issues of boolit too large to fit through/in the die. For .316 in a .303 it won’t fit through the Lee Loader seater, so I place the boolit on the case then the seater over the whole works. NOE .289 7x57 boolits would not fit RCBS die, I made a seater die out of a 7x57 barrel reamed .290 and use a Bald Eagle arbor press. I use this press for seating boolits in several calibers that I load with Lee Loaders.

I use a Lee 7.65 Argentine seater for .311 bullets in the .308W.
A Lee 7x57 seater for use with .268 bullets in the 6,5x55.
A shortened 30-06 seater for my .287 - .289 bullets in 7x57.
A backed out 8x57 seater for .311+ bullets in the 30-06.
Some seater dies for some cartridges can simply be backed out a bit and used so the bullet doesn't hit the roll crimp shoulder.
I found the extra dies in boxes of old dies at gun shows and LGSs.

I didn't notice the problem until I got a Redding competition die. While it loads jacketed just fine, my .309 sized cast bullets won't go through the die.
Currently I just use my Lee die, but, I am on the lookout for another sizing die and will modify it to use for bullet seating. I wish I still had my lathe :)
