Caldwell Ballistic Precision Chronograph

I bought one of these from Midway on sale, and it functions fine, but I can’t seem to get it to work with my Galaxy S10e phone. It works great with my iPad, but the android just keeps saying disconnected. Anyone have ideas on how I can get this working? It’s probably a setting somewhere on the phone, but I’m at a loss as to what it might be.

Nevermind. After scouring the internet I seem to have found my answer.

Go into your phones settings and find the Caldwell chronograph app and be sure that all permissions are granted, For the G1 this will include use of the microphone, once the cord is connected turn the volume up on your phone this will help mark sure a good connect is being made with the chronograph.
