brass case id help needed

I have picked up some brass at the range from a guy who did not reload. I failed to ask him what he was shooting counting on it being stamped on the bottom of the round. Well my luck no caliber stamped there all I haveis a bunch of cases that have FC 07with what appears to be a nato mark a cross in a circle. they measure 51.14mm in length outside case mouth measures about.345 or so. I want to say these are 308 winchester but not sure. anybody have any ideas? thanks

Sure sounds like 7.62x51 Nato, aka 308 win

First see if they are Boxer primed. Then get a .308 Winchester and compare the two.

My guess would be .308 Win., and the heastamp sounds like Federal Cartridge 2007, which should be boxer primed.

boxer primed and crimped too, you will wanna take it out before you try to put in a new one
