Attached adjustable strap with 3 "D" rings.
Open center with pockets on both sides, pocket on flap.
Leather strips on side of flap.

The crossed flags should positively identify it by someone more knowledgeable then me :)
Looks like its set up to hold sten gun mags, or some kind of 9mm long mag.
the side D rings look like its made to attach a shoulder strap.

Brit, not sure of date as dont collect “ furrin gear”. Do a search for Britt web gear, might be M-37 style?
