Anyone cast 6.5 Grendel ?

Just curious,has anyone tried casting for 6.5 grendel ?

I tried it...... can't say I had much success. I sold the mold a couple of years ago.
My Grendel (side charging, adjustable gas block 17.25" barrel) either wouldn't cycle with the velocities for the cast, or would blow lead particles everywhere (including in the barrel).
That said - they were NOT gas checked and were NOT powder coated - I figured that my time was worth more than messing around with it anymore.
There is a member here that said they've had remarkable results, however.

I've been casting for the grendel though I have 3 bolt actions. Mold is NOE .266 128 gr fn gc sized .267. So far the only powder I have on hand is IMR 4227 cases are either Remington or Starline. Groups have hovered around an inch at 50 yrs. Rifles are 2 CZ 527s and a Howa
