Hope someone can help me. I inherited and unopened 4lb. jug of 4759 and have and old Lyman cast bullet manual with a few loads but not everything I am looking for.
I need start and max loads and velocities for 293 grain, 405, and 500 grain lead bullets in .45/70 caliber. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for Looking,
TF

I prefer the Lyman 1st edition cast bullet handbook, but this newer one you can download here for starts.

I've ordered a couple reprints of manuals from these folks and while not perfect, they are very useable. Just enter what you're looking for in their little search box (Lyman, cast bullet, etc)

Lyman 50th edition has a fair amount of loads using sr4759 and cast bullets you ask for. The load data is broken down for 1873 Springfield.. 1880'swinchester 1895 marlin only.. and Ruger #1 & #3 only!

You have to jump hoops some but Lymans Handbook #38 & #44 is available through Wayback Machine. Just scroll down to the desired cartridge and find your load. It may take a while to download so don't be too much of a hurry for either https://web.archive.org/web/20160512124836/http://www.castpics.net/LoadData/OM/IdealHandbook38.pdf https://web.archive.org/web/20130729200040/http://www.castpics.net/LoadData/OM/Lyman44.pdf

I'm out of hoops. Nothing I try lets me print even one page as a trial.

The provided link works for me to at least save a copy of the pdf. That should allow printing, though I have no printer connected to try.

For me the link opens that pdf, and that allows me to save it.

Does anybody still need this data ? The OP tacofrank, last posted in this thread ~2 years ago.
I know for a fact that the older Speer manuals have plenty of SR4759 loading data; if this is still needed by anybody I could take a closer look ?
