Univ Charge Bar Replacement Insert

I could use a little help with the Univ Charge Bar Replacement Insert. I have one of these Univ Charge Bars and I tried to set up a Mac 650 to use it, but it was missing the Insert. I did a quick search for Univ Charge Bar Replacement Insert and it looks like they are out of stock and the Canadian maker is out of business. Out of stock and no back order at all of the usual suspects.

Has anyone else run into this?
Has anyone tried to fill the hole with JB Weld, epoxy, etc?
Any other ideas?

I guess I could just order a genuine MEC bar or two. Suggestions?

do you have a photo. local gun shop has a pile of mec bars hes been trying to get rid of, I could see if any have the right insert but need to see what your talking about, all mine just have a hole that the bushing drops in.

The Universal Charge Bar uses a different size than the MEC bars. I already looked at that and at all the usual suspects and at all I could find with DuckDuckGo.
