I used 6.0 unique with 170 gr TC in a 4" Firestar with good results both feeding and accuracy (2"@ 25yds off bags I think) Bought a mould for 145gr but have not worked up a load yet.

if it helps, I have found 5.5 gr of Unique to be a good load with cast in a 40 S&W, but do not use cast in a Glock with out replacing the barrel first, the polygon bore can cause lead build up and a possibility of the gun firring out of battery

I have fired over 500 rounds of 180 truncated cone out of my glock23 without a problem. My load is 3.9 grains bullseye @ about 800fps. No leading what so ever. I clean the gun after every use. Pop can accuracy at 25 yards. 3.9 is the starting load and I've never found a need to load hotter. Recoil is mild yet still seems to have PLENTY of power.
