View Full Version : Please be praying for my mom in law...

She is currently in surgery at OHSU in Portland, OR. She has a calcified growth on her spine that has been causing mobility loss, and they’re currently trying to decide if they can safely remove it in part, or entirely.

We have go bags ready and will drive up there if needed, but right now it’s just kind of a waiting game.

Father please by with tinhorn97062's mom as she undergoes surgery on her back. Please be with her medical team and guide them toward a successful end. Please grant her comfort, healing and freedom from pain. Father please here our prayers for tinhorn97062's mom. AMEN

Update:

She’s out of surgery, awake from the anesthesia, and resting for the night. They were able to get the vast majority of the growth off of her spine. They also have her blood pressure elevated right now, so there’s plenty of fresh life blood flowing to the previously neglected areas. The hope is that she will regain at least some of the lost mobility. So for those wishing to continue in prayer, please be praying for that lost mobility to be restored.

We are all through Scripture that our Lord loves to restore that which was lost, stolen, and broken, and today is no different.

I really appreciate everybody joining us in this time. Thank you.
