I do not Cast, but I shoot Lead Boolits, usually Store Bought Hard Cast.
I came Upon some GC 157 30 Cal, and some 340 gr. 45/70.
Removed the lube, followed by a Alcohol Bath
I powder Coated them using the Shake and Bake, had good Results on coverage.

Now they are a Wee bit Bigger.

I have a Single Stage Lee Press, Lee Classic, and my 550 Dillon.

I would like to use my Lee Classic

What do I need to Size my Recently PC'd Boolits?
I want to Buy and Cry once.
I like the Lee, I know they are on Back Order.

Trying to avoid buying another Press

The .30 Cal I would use the .308 Sizer, the Lee only offers a .457 for the 45/70, I would like a .459, as that is what Dia. I shoot.

The .30 Cal Post PC is, .312 to .315, the .45 Post PC is, .461 to .465

Thanks for any Help

Your mileage may vary, but I've had better luck sizing .30 cast to .309 in .308, .30-06, and .30-30
with mid-ish power loads.

Conditor22,
Your Recommendation was Great!!
Sized the 45-70, Kind of Fun
Still need to do the .309 GC, have to PC, the rest of them
Have not shot them yet, getting ready for Highpower Season for May, other interests.
Looking forward, as I have de-Lubed some other 45-70 416gr, and will be PC them soon.

Thanks again

I size all my .45-70 PCBs to .459" using a Lee .457" sizing die opened to .459" (no lube needed), and the 9mm PCBs will get sized on a forth coming Lee .356" sizing die.
