Alternative to the Lee 95gr Makarov mold

It seems the Lee 9mm Makarov bullet has is now made of unobtainium. Does anyone make a good replacement mold?

Appears NOE is out of stock. I haven't ordered from them, you might be able to call an order in. Check MP molds out.

Put an ad in S&S, Yes they require 30 posts and 30 days BUT you've been a member for 3+ years and might get a waiver. Ask No-1.

I've tried to post an ad, but like you said not enough posts, yet. I did lurk for quite a long time. This where I found powder coating.

As someone that shoots quite a lot of Makarov boolets both out of my Bulgarian Makarov and my Polish P 64. I have a couple of Lee molds and I was also fortunate enough to acquire a Lyman 364653 rn bb mold designed for the 9x18 Makarov! so they did make one, I’ve never seen another one but they are out there. I find the Lyman boolets far superior to the Bullets cast from the Lee mold. That being said I find nothing wrong with the Boolets cast from the Lee mold. I would suggest you check out both the Makarov forum and P 64 forum. There are molds out there good luck in your quest

Noe makes the 367-102 mold. You might try Arsenal. Last I looked they were still taking backorders.

I have a Saeco mould that cost somebody about $190 and then he sent it to have the HP Pin mod for another $125. Used it once!

You can get exactly what you want from Accuratemolds.com. I'm sure Tom would be happy to help you choose. It's been a while since I ordered a mold from Tom but usually about a 10 day or less wait.

I see them turn up on Ebay fairly often.

Search : lee 95 gr .365 mold n Ebay and they will come up. There's quite a few to be had at inflated prices.

I have my eye on a couple of molds now. Just waiting on a couple of C&R auctions to be completed.
