Hey I downloaded GRT(Gordons Reloading Tool) https://grtools.de/doku.php a bit of a learning curve to get it going but not to difficult. Now to the question. Reloading for the 223, 30-30 and 44mag rifle you can put in all the variables except primers, so I did. I even measured out the water volume of 10 cases for an average and entered the new information. H4895, CFE 223 and Alliant 2400 all have too low of a burn rate for the intended cartridge. CFE 223 has given me some interesting information in the software. The powder over/under from Speer and Hodgdon. Anyone else getting this type of feedback?
2400 stops the development of a load at 19.5 grains of powder for a 240 grain cast boolit lyman goes to 20.6 grains. Keith to 22g

I've looked at his site and wondered how well it works. I need to make some time and play around with it.

Please do it is a cool program almost quickloads but free. There are some tutorials on youtube for Gordon's reloading tool to get you started. It is free.

I'm going to have to download this. I see they have a plugin for the Pressure Trace and makes it even better yet for me.

Just downloaded it a few days ago, still comparing the data GRT vs a couple of manuals. So far just playing with bullets, powder, and charge weights, need to start adding more parameters into the program to see what that does.
