I have some ammo that has been kicking around for a while and I am not sure what it is.

maybe 303 with stripper clips
Based off Dimensions It is 303 British.
Guess I am all set.

Several years ago, a big bunch of Egyptian .303 did hit the market.

Search 'visual headstamp guide for .303 British'.

That'll tell ya about all there is to know about British .303 ammo.

According to a search "visual headstamp guide for .303 British" the site "classicglasspars.com/303/303.htm" shows it to be Iraqi made 303 British made in 1957.
I have not ever owned a 303 British, they were in a bunch of stuff a friend dropped off a few years back, the headstamp looked strange so I thought I would ask about it.
