First item is used to face a stone on a bench grinder. Hold it against the stone with the grinder running and it will true the stone flat again.

Yup still use wheel dressers like that on the bench grinders.
Have the diamond tip for the single lip tool cutter.

If you have a bench grinder you should have a wheel dresser. Well if you want anything ground flat and even that is.

I picked up a wheel dresser for 25 cents at a pawnshop because they had no idea what it was. Pretty good price.
