I was over at the Ennis HEB the other day, yeah I drive 40 minutes one way to go to HEB :), and walked past the meat section. They had some single racks of baby back ribs that looked GREAT!
Well I picked up a rack. Right now they are sitting above a slow pecan smoke. I coated them with yellow mustard and then sprinkled on some rub.
It's going to be an AWESOME dinner!
