Hi, I'm looking for starting load data specifically for 700 grain cast bullets.. And muzzle velocities

For the big HPs 640-650gr use 36.7gr BLC2 up to 39.4gr for about 850-950fps
for the 700gr boolit try 36.2gr H335 for about 850fps or 36.2gr BLC2 for around 900fps

For higher velocities you will need to go to WC680 or WC 820 both of which are surplus powders. I don't have any recommendations on charge weight for these, just load to 100% case capacity without compressing it when seated.
