I had a brand new turkey fryer given to me, and will be using it to melt down lino type and lead to make ingots. Does anyone know how to over ride or disable the 15 minute timer?

Price is up since I bought mine.

You can throttle it down to where it just trickles along, or crank it up till it roars. Whatever you need. No timers, no bs.

I see things haven't changed much since I left Virginia.

That's where I learned the proper term for those is called a 'speed wrench'.

LOL...back in my military days we called this "Brogan Maintenance". Works great on a lot of projects.

Speed wrench, I like that. I worked on a ranch in Montana many years ago in my late teens. The foreman called them "clubs". If something wouldn't break free he'd say "bring me a bigger club"

You can't fry a turkey or boil a pot of crawfish in 15 minutes ... why a 15 minute timer ?
Bayou Classic Jet Burners used to do the job ... but I live in Louisiana and they will sell us all sorts of dangerous cooking stuff !
Drinking lots of beer while frying a turkey is a great pastime around here .
