Check out what my sweetheart made for me. It's German chocolate. One of my favorites.

Is that with the shredded coconut frosting like my Grandma used to make, my favorite cake!

IMO German Chocolate is the only cake worth eating.
I’m more of a fruit pie man, usually.

That looks great! My wife just took a pecan pie out of the oven. She says it has to sit for 2 hours before I can have some, torture but blessed.

My grandsons brought me a box of raspberry Pachkis, but then they ate 3 of them. LOL. But it was worth it the youngest had powdered sugar and filling all over him. 2 1/2 years old.

And zero carbs!

I love German Chocolate cake! Don't I wish I could have a piece! But I can taste it in my mind and it's delicious.

Alas, despite my lie far above, it does have carbs and I can look and smell and maybe have a crumb. Carbs for me are kept below 40 grams every day and most days below 20.

I didn't know that.

I always heard it was a good dietary supplement since it was rich in vitamins & minerals, and promoted healthy tooth enamel.

My sweetheart is a jewel beyond price. She is a great house keeper and great cook. The cake does have shredded coconut and no calories. She also makes great pies. I only like two kind of pies, hot or cold. She was also a great shot with a pistol. That is a S&W Kit on her hip.

The year before my wife and I got married I gave her a brand new pistol for Valentine's Day. I'm still alive so I guess it worked out.

My girlfriend did absolutely nothing for me today. Heck, I didn't even get to see her as she was too busy.

I need a new girlfriend.

Check out the youtube channel of 'Better Bachelor'.
It both makes me laugh, and be even more appreciative of the 'new wife' of 20 years.

The shows move a little slow and ya have to skip through some.
But the comment sections are something to behold.

Mine was pretty good no sweets or such as she's not much of a baker so I grilled two big T bone steaks for dinner and then we went to bingo at the local social club , she ended up winning the jackpot at the end and I got half ! I'll go buy a cake or sweets for her ! :)

My wife and daughters gave me a Valentine present that can only be properly appreciated here on the Boolits board - a pewter mug!

I've been asking them to look out for cheap pewter when they go to thrift stores and they found the mug. I liked it as much as they liked the chocolate haul they got. My first pewter to cast with! My wife keeps *her* pewter on a shelf where she can see it to be sure I haven't made off with it. (laughing)
