Has anybody been able to talk with a representative at Dillon Precision lately?
I've been trying to order one of their 1 inch bench wrenches and all I get is a recording that claims they're busy and call back later!!
I misplaced my wrench when we moved a couple of months ago and I'
d sure like to replace it.

Don’t know if you saw this but looks like they’ve limited their call center availability. Have you tried emailing them?

I've always had great luck just ordering online.

that's from the first time I got a dillon, course my cust no. is 60xx so I've been around awhile

I made an online oder a few weeks ago made sure eveything was in stock and it got here in no time.

Needed to check on dies I ordered in December, used the call back service that they offer. Call was returned within 15 minutes and problem was solved. I have never had a problem with Dillion customer service, and have never been questioned about any part that I have needed. I wish all company's ran their customer service the way Dillion does.

They seem to be very busy. I called them on Monday and left them a message to call me back. They finally did on Wednesday morning.

Ive been a Dillon customer since 1983 and have always had excellent service. I did leave a message to call me back. Perhaps I should just have a little more patience during these trying times!
