I reacently bouhgt a used RCBS .30-150-SP mold and cannot find a top punch. I can't find a chart that tells me what the punch number is and only MidWayUSA has any info about what bullet each top punch is for. Even RCBS' site does not have a chart and i haven't been able to contact anyone at RCBS.
Can anybody tell me what the puch number is, and or does nayone have one that would work that they would sell.
Thanks,
Dano

Contact RCBS--they'll tell you which one will work.

Hi Dano,
Your mold uses a number 541 top punch:

82020 - BULLET MOULD .30-180-SP 541

On the RCBS web site, the molds are listed by part number, description, and top punch number as above.

Hope this helps.

That's prexactly why I keep back copies of catalogs!

Here's what I found. The RCBS 165-SIL, 180-SP, and 200-SP all use #541, part #689-098.

I did not see a bullet 150-SP, only a 150-FP. The 150-FP uses #546, part #290-473.

This is in the Midway Master Catalog #2, 2004.

thanks BorderBrewer. a friend told me that he thought the 30-180-SP should work, same bullet shape etc. That punch is listed on MidWays site so i'll try that.
Right on SunDog, Merry Christmas!! I have been tagging my e-mails with "Merry Christmas (yah! it's OK! to say Merry Christmas)". Saw a pick up with a canopy on it and on the tail gate it read "It's OK to say Merry Christmas"
