Interesting things. M1 Garand parts were there in numbers I had not noticed before. There were lots of barrels and at least one op rod and stock parts. I wonder if it is time to invest in some of them while they are available. I guess if I was going to invest it might be better to do it and then publicize what I found. . But there were so many.

I invested $100 in a State Association M1 raffle and WON ! All my M1 parts are on rifles !! lol
(not really, got a couple bolts/trigger groups, but sure wish I'd bought op rods when CMP had barrels full)

The price of an op rod today is more than I paid for my first M1 NM from the DCM in 1959!

Just got reading on the M14 forum about this, there appears to be a lot copied parts selling for the price of originals, they said it takes a lot of knowledge to be able to spot the fakes which won't last or work like an original, so, buyer beware.
