So my lee 356 125 2R is broken and I have my cowboy action mold of 358 125 RF. I have heard other using this in 9mm and I will size to .3565. Any concerns using this and what OAL are you using? Powders will be either bullseye, 231 or 700X. Thanks ahead of time.

I use the Lee 125rf in several 9mm pistols.
I size to .358, it works in everything from a Star BM to an SCCY, to a SW Shield, and several others.
Tumble lube in 45-45-10, 1/2 teaspoon per 2 lbs of boolits, tumble-size-tumble.

I don't remember the exact OAL, but it's a bit short so start low with the powder and sort of sneak up to it.
The OAL needed to be adjusted short because of the rounded nose of the boolits.

Thank you. So the ogive of the bullet started hitting the rifling of your particular firearm?

Well, the ogive anyway. Wasn't loading with olives.

The OAL was short to get them to fit in all those pistols. Some pistols would accept longer, but to make a universal load I went as short as needed.

Works fine in 9mm. That is one versatile little boolit.

I powder coat it and use it in 9mm, 38 sp, 357 mag, and 357 max. Some use it in 380.

Ok, I fixed my 6 cavity mold for now. I will cast with both and try the 358-125 RF. I don’t know if I will never try the RF in a open bolt sub gun as if they experience too much resistance chambering they fire out of battery. But for closed bolt and handguns I’ll try.

We use that bullet in several 9mm at .358 and 1.020 OAL

I have 4, 9mm pistols that I cast that bullet for (and 3, 38 Specials and one 357 Magnum). I have only sized them to .357 for my 9mm loads and it works quite well, even in my newest 9mm, a Masada with a poly barrel. I have also PCed some that also work well...

When you size that boolit, you can see the rub marks on the sides of the boolit. The top edge of the rub marks(nearest the nose) should be seated right at the case mouth. If you seat the boolit with those marks showing outside the case, you will have trouble with the boolit running into the lands on short throated handguns.
On mine, those marks end just above the crimp groove.
I run that boolit in several different 9mm handguns with great results.
