Approval to be a honcho for 360-640?

Never been a honcho for a mold somebody else designed. I am interested in starting GB for 360-640, 155 grain, solid https://www.mp-molds.com/product/360-640-solid-6-cavity-plain-base-mold/ , 8 cavity aluminum mold. Does anybody know who designed this boolit? Do I need designer´s for approval to be a honcho for a boolit mold he designed?

I know, to somebody this could sound as a silly question. But rather that, than to make a silly move.

Thanks. Yes, I am aware of that. I have to ask Miha from MP Molds is he willing to make a such mold.

Nevertheless, I think it would be nice to ask designer.
