Hello all: Anyone talked with Al at Noe in the last few days? I haven't had any luck getting through to him about an order. In these times and the virus going around, I worry too much maybe. Hope he's just very busy. Gp

Al works 7 days a week and is currently 14 weeks behind in restocking all his molds without any new orders coming in.

He's a very busy man BUT he likes talking with his customers. ---- Forget emails you have better luck calling :)

GRMPS: Well it's nice to be busy (maybe not that busy) That was part of my concern as his in box was full when I called. It's no big rush on my part as to the order. Hope Al's making bank while the sun's shining. Gp

Absolute great guy to deal with. I ordered a mold a few years back and it didn't arrive for quite a spell, so I called him and he promptly sent another which arrived in a few days. Couple weeks later the original order shows up so I called to let him know I was sending the first one ordered back to him. This is the kind of guy that is a pleasure to deal with. Both times I called he answered to phone himself. Not something I'm used to. I now have 7 or 8 of his molds and they are all spot on for size and weight.

I called on Thursday or Friday, but the voice mail announcement repeated a different number that I didn't call. It said the mailbox was full. So I'm thinking maybe someone at NOE forwarded calls to a different mailbox or their cell phone? Regardless, makes me worry the phone isn't ringing in the shop and it's going somewhere else.

I'll try again tomorrow.

Mailbox still full. So it looks like it's still forwarded to someone's cell phone. Can someone else try and see if you have the same problem?

Is there another number to call? I'm using the number at the top of the website. I'd like to get this bad part i got taken care of.

Surprised me to no end when i called the first time as well. Told me its just him and one other guy in the shop helping him. Still amazed at the volume and quality he does for a 2 man show.
