I just wanted to use my 1000th post to thank all of you for all the great information, advice and comradery here. allowing me to participate in great discussion with others who share the same interests. and thank you NO1 for how you run this site.
our search engine may be enhanced by google but my life has been enhanced by castboolits.gunloads.com and all ive learned here.
I'm not quite ready to dispose of all the jacketed bullets in my shop but since signing up here I am able to now shoot cast bullets in just about all the guns I have. ive been reloading for 50 years now and shooting and reloading is my favorite hobby and a big part of my life.

As far as discarding shooting J-words? Not on your life! I have cast shooters and j word shooters and a few cross overs.

This site has taught me a lot about cast bullets and shooting. I once had a co worker say why would you want to shoot lead bullets. It’s because I can , there cheeper and I can make them my self. Right now nobody has reloading supplies . But I still can load and cast my own and keep shooting.
